Gurugram gets India’s first LPG ATM for instant cylinder exchange

Gurugram has taken a major step towards modernizing fuel distribution by launching NCR’s first 24×7 LPG ATM system. This new facility allows consumers to quickly exchange their empty LPG cylinders for filled lightweight composite cylinders within just 2 to 3 minutes, making the entire process fast and efficient.
The system is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Consumers with a registered Bharatgas composite cylinder connection can simply enter their mobile number, verify it through OTP, and scan the barcode or QR code on their empty cylinder. Once verified, the payment can be completed digitally or through a debit card, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction.
This initiative is expected to reduce waiting times, improve accessibility, and bring convenience to households that depend on LPG for daily cooking needs. By introducing such advanced solutions, Gurugram is setting an example for other cities to adopt technology driven services in essential sectors.
